Aaw... I thought this would be from the 80's and feature incredibly 80's music while a man in a suit with overly large shoulder pads presented its many innovations with cheesy video effects...

Great video, loved seeing the past greats and the prestige pros and pc600s. Sure wish some retros could be rereleased like wilson has done for the prostaff 60.

What version Prestige Pro is this, as seen in the video?
http://imgur.com/a/iGmv0 I have seen other Head racquets with the VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM, sometimes with besonders armschonend beneath, but not the red Head Prestige Pro. |

Very nice vid. Only problem is the fact that the pros doent use these rackets. they use PT 57a's , TGK 238.4 ,238.5's PT10's etc . proper graphite and twaron layups.

the best racquet in the history of racquets that spans 25 years and counting maybe another 25 years. 25 year old racquet that is still used today by many touring pros, can we say the same for other frames that lasted more than 25 years. Dunlop maxply

as far as graphite rackets are concerned, the prestige stands alone, imho

The TGK has no Twaron. PT10 is the Prestige Pro/Classic and the PT57A is the Pro Tour 630 the original Prestige in 630cm2 series.

Here is my 1988 Prestige Pro compared to the YT Prestige red and the bottom photo is from the video. The color of my racquet and the Prestige Pro from the video is the same. ![]() ![]() Last edited by vsbabolat : 02-05-2012 at 04:41 PM. |

my 2nd gen PPs are brown starting gradually on the throat a couple inches below the CAP and the hoop is all brown. assume tis is a variation between production runs of the 2nd gen PPs. |
