Default Future of Chilean Tennis

Now that Fernando Gonzalez, the man of great nicknames (Gonzo, the Bombardier, Stone Hand, take your pick) has retired, and the former Olympic gold medalist Nicolas Massu has been a non factor for many years, what is the future of Chilean tennis? At this point the only answer seems to be 15 year old Christian Garin, who was World No. 1 in the 14 category and is no. 47 in the 16s already. Has anyone seen, heard of Garin before?

Paul Capdeville is going to be 30 next year and has never been past the 3rd round of a major. Ah, i remember the days when Chile had a legit chance at the Davis Cup (When Gonzalez was no 5 and Massu was top 15. That year Chile lost to the U.S in the quarterfinals, 3-2 on grass, and Gonzalez literally got robbed his match against Roddick in the 4th rubber. Had Gonzalez won that match, I wouldve definitely liked Massu's chances against Blake)
