We will see when the facts come out.
now if you have the answer yourself, why that frack are you passing useless rethorics - as so eloquently defined by yourself - about something you have no idea about?

oh... you have the power of "generalizations" by your side i see....!!!

but then again, isnt racism a matter of savage generalizations about certain minorities?

French and Spanish are generally the same race. How long did they keep you back at school?

It happens. Yea, the country has come a long way but the fact is we still have some @$$es that think they are in the pre civil right's era and can do what they wish. When it does happen and someone gets their wrist slapped, it is for the better of not just that company but for the better of the his country. It's funny how everyone gets in an uproar when an educated Black person stands up for what they have worked for. Do you think that "educated" Black folks really stand around and try to figure out how to screw a company out of money after they have spent time in college just like everyone else? No, they just like anyone else just want some respect on their jobs. They aren't looking for a handout for the most part. If they were, they would've never gone to college. There are some that are looking for handouts but most aren't. I think there are some BS claims but there are some legite ones and when they are found to legite, they need to burn some @$$es and when they aren't ...they need to burn some @$es. The funny thing is this. For everyone complaint that is filed, there are probably file that should've been filed but some people do just move on. I have had it happen to me, but chose to move on. I don't have the will power to stand and try to make someone let me be apart of them and their company. If they are that redneck and backwards, the company will go to thell sooner or later anyway so I say to hell with them and move on. It's their ignorant loss and not mine.

I never said that it does not happen because it does, but not even close to the amount of times that it is falsely charged. Anyone who actually works knows that people get treated unfairly in the work world all the time, no matter what race you are.

Absolutely there is racism, there is no doubt about that. This is why whites are 50 times more likely to be a victim of a crime from blacks as blacks are from whites. Racism does exist, in the manner of black crimes against whites. Or see the genocide against white farmers in South America. These are facts, but, of course, to say these facts gets one branded 'Racist'. Brave New World in which true racism and true genocide is ignored.

point 1- unless you have statistics to prove it, the bold is just your opinion not fact. not to mention most issues of racism are hard to prove under the supreme court's interpretations of the issue, so winning or losing a court case doesn't always give a definitive answer.
point2- the topic is about an alleged example of racism, so other issues of discrimination are irrelevant to this thread.
point3- no doubt there are various forms of discrimination at workplace, including racism, instead of picking and choosing we should address all of them.

a) Official government statistics, very easy to find my friend. I work with government, census, and crime statistics and a simple 8th Grader could piece the data together
b) the South African genocide against white farmers has been going on for some time.

This isn't 'rightwing', this isn't 'leftwing', this is simple fact.

SURE IT IS, and i'm sure apartheid was a very bad dream. i love how you talk about white farmers like they weren't the children of colonialists who enslaved the native populations. does your statistics explain how ppl not indigenous to a country could end up with all of the land and ppl born and raised there have nothing?
