best workout really works
so i tried this one for 2 weeks now and its amazing
first am 22 male and i have problem in my knee patello femoral overload
so i can move much so i was ad viced to start strength my quadriceps
and i did using this workout: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/weik55.htm
today iw as in the club i wanted just to play for like 5 min it has been 3 weeks since my injuty and i was dieing so i went into the courts a little warm up in the service line area and my coach was like "why is your balls that heavy"
i said i dont know i thought i would have forgot tennis
i went to the baseline the first ball was in my shoulder level i went approach on it and baam it was in the middle but the coach didn't return he couldn't he was like "its just the wind are with you" another one and again baaaaam its a winner we kept doing this for about 5 min and i was that enough i do not want to hurt my legs he said he was waiting for me to come back and that with all that gym workout he expects a big increase in my level in so much little time
best thing i have ever done is going to the gym and start working out
pray for me guys to get back into the court
p.s. some exercise i didnt do for my leg because of my injury you guys do not have to worry about that just do it its nice

I believe that this issue of tight rectus femorus applies to me. I stretch and it has improved but I need to stay on this issue.
Tight rectus is common but certainly does not apply to everyone, I don't know how common it is. The above stretch probably puts stress on the back so take care.
Often they say that other quads are out of balance - the issues are complex and need a specialist.
Here is a site on posture issues with nice illustrations of common posture problems.
