Does Yonex Vcore 95 have what it takes to be consider a classic?

Nothing can be a classic anymore. They all get D/C after 2 years. Maybe the k90 because of what Fed did with it. The original Pure Drive and AeroPro drive maybe too.

I agree with this to a certain degree. Overall the frequency of racket updates and the sheer variety of frames each company releases have both increased. I think classics are still possible, but they are harder to weed out now, and aren't as "dominant" as they used to be.

From another perspective, part of what makes classics is that they can withstand the test of time. Any racket that has been released just this year - no matter how well-engineered and well-manufactured it is - still has a long way to prove itself.

One of their series might be more conventional, but they would have to re-invent their technology to achieve what the isometric does in order to have a new unique selling point.
