Connection Issue

I tried ordering demos this morning. I added a Volkl Organix V1, then, after attempting to go the Donnay section, I received the following:

XML Parsing Error: unexpected parser state
Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 311, Column 58: <div id="ed_netInterrupt">&netInterrupt.longDesc;</div>

I had issues connecting to the site over the weekend, and especially this morning, but I finally have something that can be given to your IT support.

I cannot connect to TW

srvnvly,

As with any website that experiences as much traffic as ours does, occasionally connectivity can be affected by the heightened load on our servers. Sunday nights/Monday mornings tend to be our busiest.

Also, we occasionally do need to perform maintenance to our website/servers and some downtime is inescapable.

We appreciate the heads up as always and we will pass the information along.
