Ca the Exo 3 Tour 16x 18 be used with full coply in order to be arm. Friendly or should a synthetic gut cross be netter? I was thinking using Tour Bite full bed 16 gauge at 53 or go the safe way and use Nvy crosses

I have used EXO3 Tour with full Beast XP and it felt good. However, full disclosure, I've never had arm issues so in not sensitive to that personally.

In my experience both the open and the closed pattern EXO3 Tour work very well with full co-poly. The open pattern is a bit harder to control, so you may have to string that one a bit higher than the closed pattern version.

It depends. If you've never had arm niggles, then you should be fine with full poly. But sometimes I have wrist tendinitis that flares up, so I choose a hybrid with syn gut in the crosses.

I LOVE having 40lbs for a co-poly on an exo3 tour frame. I used genesis spin x. It was almost like I could feel the strings snapping back over the ball and knew where it was on the string bed. Amazing dwell time. But the timing on the serve took an adjustment.

The dwell time made the ball bounce off the stringbed bit slower. It didn't mean I was serving slower, but the ball was staying longer on the string bed. Nothing I couldnt handle. Once I got the hang of it, I really loved putting spin on my serves. Especially the slice serve. It almost felt like I could shape or even correct a shot as I went. Loved the confidence walking out to play with it.

I have an exo3 tour 18*20. So comfy, even with full bed co poly. Yes, the feel is different from most sticks in the market. But I love it. Only adjustment for me is that I have to generate my own power. My previous racket is dunlop 400t which is much more powerful than my exo3 tour. But 400t is too stiff for me, although it is a very good racket.
