Default Shoulder/Tricep pain, help?

I got back from Tennis camp at Clemson last Thursday, and noticed the pain Friday. They're two completely different pains. One is in my right tricep and is very sporadic, only hurting when my elbow is bent and behind my ribcage (the motion of a push up, somewhat). It felt at first like an insect bite on the skin, but it continually occurred. It is a very sharp pain and is located right around the middle of the tricep muscle.

The other pain is underneath my right shoulder blade. It hurts whenever my shoulder blade moves, essentially. It is a very dull pain and only started two days ago. I iced them both last night to no avail. I have a tournament this weekend and refuse to go to the doctor until it's over, so I decided to consult the experts of this forum.

If anyone has any clue what either of these could be, please reply. I'll try to check this often throughout the next few days. Thanks everyone!

Best regards,
Paul

While the Clemson Tennis Camp may overall have been a great experience, it sounds like you have overuse injuries.

Take time off to let the pain go away rather than stubbornly trying to play the tournament this weekend.

If the triceps and shoulder blade pain don't resolve quickly, go see an orhopod who takes care of a lot of throwing athletes (tennis players, pitchers, quarterbacks.)

The pain is inexplicably gone today. A horrible ripping, tearing feeling occurred yesterday, but I woke up with no pain whatsoever. Shoulder pain was gone two days ago. Aaaand I won my quarterfinal today.

Hypochondriac?
Or a virgin who never experienced pain?
