Default Stringing an 18X19 as 18X10 or 16X10

Partially out of experimentation, partially out of laziness, how much tension should one offset crosses and mains when doing something like this so as to not put a frame in peril? It's not one of my main racquets so I don't care if it's a little weird for the frame. Thinking of doing this on an LM rad OS.

A good way to address this might be to use the free on-line Stringway Tension Advisor, if for nothing else than to see by how much tensions vary for each pattern, not necessarily their suggested DT's, unless you were in to that.
