I know I have an account and I got it before Facebook. However, I've had nearly zero luck with the USTA find a partner. Craigslist has been so much more successful and I'm talking like 50 people to 1 and if that is an exaggeration, it is that the 50 number is too small. In 5-6 years, the USTA has only found me 1 person and I've sent out many, many requests and heard from no one. I had a guy a couple of years ago contact me through it and he is the one hitting partner and we still play on a regular basis.
