Sanchez Casal returning to FL?

Saw an ad on Tennis channel that they will be in Naples, July 2012.

Anyone have any details? I wonder what the issues were last time and what will be different now.

Issue was that the Naples Bath and tennis club facility closed its doors - we had a home in the subdivision and the problem stemmed that when you bought a house there it was not mandatory to join the club to help support it which is common in very high value / high end areas. Finally the club went bust.......we got lucky and sold in early 2010 and avoided the final mess.
