I wonder if all these Fed fans would be laughing if it was Rosol who beat Federer. I suspect there would be more tears instead of laughter.

I didn't find it that offensive. He was careful to say all the right things, but not so careful that he sounded like a robot. It's all good - I think you are reading too much into it.

That's the custom here when analyzing anything that comes out of Federer's mouth.

I was actually laughing at Rafa in that 5th set. Karma for that bump.

****s, such as myself, are less experienced at dealing with the adversity ***** face after losses to the Rosols, the Dodigs, the FloMayers et al. Excuse us for that inexperience!

You have to be kidding me. Fed fans do this constantly anytime Nadal takes a freaking breath. He cannot do anything without being put under the microscope by a lot of the haters here. Just look at all of the stupid troll threads that have been started up about him over the last few days. Total trash is all those threads are,but nobody says a thing about them. The bias here is off the charts.

Fed was just trolling.

He was also laughing after winning his 5 set in the same situation today. Mega-troll.

"I like that upsets happen..." (to my opponents, bwahahaha).

No, it's super weak. With the loss of the NSKs, the TeamNadals et all, we now have pitiful attempts at trolling that do not match up at all to their predecessors.

I really wish Rogi would have been honest and stated how butthurt he really is now that his oppurtunity to thrash Nadull in the final has been taken away. Shame on Rosol! The arrogance! It's a outrage! Someone should investigate...was it PEDs? How dare a journeyman go God-mode on the hallowed lawns reserved for champions!

Indeed. There would be tears instead of anger and self-deprecating, well natured resignation (which is the way a true Nadal fan responds to this sort of circumstances.)

If Fed had been the one to lose, there would be tears. How many tears, do you ask?

That's still many fewer tears than the ones grck shed on Thursday LMFAO.

Believe me Fed was not the only one laughing. Half the players probably had a chuckle, and a lot more of the fans. Arrogant? No just a normal reaction to a feel-good moment.

Come on, Clarky, I've often spoken against this Nadal hating, don't say "no one". I've also told Magnus and that other hater to clam up but he insists he has a right to voice his hatred. You can always use the "Report Post" button, if you don't what can I do?

To be honest the 5th set WAS A JOKE. After Rosol broke in the 1st game, the winners were coming out and I was expecting them anyway. So it was a half-laugh and half-rafa-couldn't-do-anything for me. It was just an LOL laugh at the helpless situation that any opponent would have been against that Rosol.

I did too, after he was holding serve in 45 seconds for fun against Nadal in the 5th set, I was like "lol too good to be true!"

each time Nadal is anything less than 100 % he gets slautered in the first rounds, Fed's in the finals/semis (or at least was) in just about every tournament when Nadal only bothered to reach finals on clay

Nadal is probably where he wants to be this weekend. Fishing in the lovely waters of Majorca where it is so laid back you can forget everything. I was shocked to see his first match let alone the one he played against Rosil. I have not seen him play that bad since I first saw him on grass and that isn't Nadal who takes all the stops out to win. We shall see if Rosil was just the equivilant of a freak storm or something real as the week goes on and I hope we have someone new on the horizon because the top three won't be there for more than a handful of years

I can see the other fishers asking him "Waffa, why you home early?"
