I'm rethinking my sandwich proposal and am switching over to the skittles diet. They say you need a variety of color in your food choices, and skittles has all the colors of the rainbow. That's about as healthy as one can get.

how does someone have a 12 inch fast food sandwich in their daily diet towards good health

why not just add skittles to your sandwich?

the same way you keep the grapenuts from falling out.

otherwise, add that yellow cheese stuff you get with "nachos". the skittles and grapenuts should stick.
