I could use lead tape on the outside, which I may, but what do you use for inside the racquet? I've heard fishing weights, but where do I find them, and how do I k or how much they weigh?
Also I want my racquet to have more of a head light feel. Can I just add weight to the handle? Most people seem to do the handle and head. And where on the handle is ideal if I use tape? Thanks! |

The easiest place to find them is fishing store/shop. You will need an electric weighter to know their weigh.

I used aluminum foil tape wrapped around my grip + 2 over-grips + Tourna Grip tape to add 2 ounces to a wimpy 10 oz racquet.

If you want to modify the racquet permanently use silicone caulk. That way the weight doesn't move around and it is more consistent from racquet to racquet. Or add a leather grip, they tend to be heavier.

I just added weight to the handle of a Wilson. I took off the trap-door, folded 4g of lead tape, and replaced the trap-door. No taping, or other permanent modifications...
Good luck! |

Buy blu-tak at ace hardware. Blue (silly putty like) putty that you can rip a piece, and stuff it inside the handle and it will mold to the shape of the graphite. Easy to add in small amounts on the court even, and easily removable.

That's how I do it too, then you can always take it out later if you want to tweak the balance.
