Why are thye barricades SO DAMN TOUGH. i mean ive been using em almost everyday for 6 months now, and they are so stuck up. Not soft. the sole is just hard with no padding whatsoever! whats wrong with these?

Well what kind of shoe did you use before the 6's? Sure they are stiff but after a couple of weeks they break in perfectly and offer the most supportive ride.

And IMO, for a sport that requires you to be quick on your feet, a mushy sole (like a vomero or a full air max) is a big no-no.

That's what makes the barricades so great, hard (durable) as nails and crazy support

Spot on. Barricades provide so much support. The new vapor 9's are super comfortable but i've nearly rolled my ankle twice in those shoes.

Move to the B7 if the 6 bothers you.

I do slide in the 6's better than the 7's. The 7's sole feels a bit mushier when braking...

Yeah I know you shouldn't slide on HC's

7's all the way!

haha well its been a while since I played in the 6's so I cant say for sure, but I just felt like the 7s excel in all aspects, definitely my favorite shoe right now!
and I slide on HC too (nothing wrong with that!), which is why I have to go for 6 month durability guarantee shoes ><

Get a half size bigger and wear two pairs of socks. You'll be amazed at how more plush the feel is then while playing.
