I'm so happy Serena Ousted Azarenka.

Atleast I don't have to mute the TV if at all I decide to watch the final!

But Azarenka does show attitude....I just hate her & her Shriek partner Sharapova who have taken WTA to such low depths by turning off casual WTA viewers!!

Howevah, Kivitova would still get her a#@@ beat if Serena were in top form. Serena, hadn't played a whole lot and still beat the top 2 seeds, those gals can't handle Serena's serve nor her mental toughness.

Azarenka was very disrespectful towards Bartoli during the Istanbul 2011 match. Really showed her immaturity. Haven't liked her since... BTW, she barely grunted/shrieked during that match, so she is capable of playing without howling.

Very serious. Kvitova has a huge forehand and very good serve. She's going to be a force on the grass for years to come

I'm not a Serena fan, but come on... it's big time for all of us to recognize her greatness. Today's match says a lot.. Look at her serve, I bet half of the men's draw would like to have a serve like hers. Did you notice that she placed the serve on a dime? Hitting corners all day long. What about creating those angles from the center of the court. What about the focus. And her age, she's playing against a bunch of younger girls. Do you know how many older players are in the top 50? The answer is one: Schiavone (ranking 26, age 32). It's a story to tell- so much that I'm planning to get tickets for my son and I for the Stanford tournament.

Don't necessarily agree.

Kivotova in top form vs Serena in current top form would be alot like Serena vs Davenport in the heyday late 90's early 2000's...

Serena would win most of the time but certainly not all!

It would be close...

Absolutely not!

Any man with Serena's serve would get eaten alive!

Serena's serve works great in the WTA; definitely not in the ATP!

Kvitova is too erratic at the moment. She will defo win more slams though. I thought Vika played well today, but SW was way to powerful, she is a sure fire favorite to win.

I agree Kivitova in top form vs Serena in current form, it would be close with Serena winning most of the matches. But, Serena's current form is not her top form yet she beats Kivotiva the #1 seed, heavy favorite. How is that Kivitova was not in top form? Serena is an old tennis player, too!

Serena would get aces even against the men. She would get eaten alive, though in every other aspect.

I just don't shes achieved enough to justify her cocky attitude.

Quite frankly, between the ugly and the shriek...none of them will make watch the final...or any other match, for that matter...

I am not a fan of Serena either. Though you kinda miss her when the WTA was in a mess (Wozniacki being number one). Thankfully Kvitova, Azarenka, Sharapova and Radwanska came to save the tour.

Serena needs this one....cause it would be hard to see her in another GS final with all her bad days.
