2012 Wimbeldon Final What do you think Lendl is Telling Murray right Now?

Given Federer's age and experience at Wimbeldon

I say if Murray wins, its all mental Lendls doing and all the tools and physicality Murrays doing....

Lendl is feeding every single Federer weakness into Murrys head... I expect to see more serve and volleying on add points by Murray.

Thoughts?

Usual preparation and match planning, positive re-enforcement by watching tape of Murray beating Federer, etc...

I think where Lendl will fail is at psychology/handling pressure aspect. He's probably telling Murray to not read any newspapers, not watch tv, ignore whatever the Brits say, etc...

I would do the exact opposite and tell Murray:

"See? These people call you a Brit, one of their own, and want you to win! Look at all that pressure they put on you. But when you lose what happens? You're no longer English, you're just a lowly Scot... So forget about them, channel that pressure into rage, go out there and win it, but win it for you and for Scotland!"

And then Murray wins and in his acceptance speech he says:

"Thank you for supporting me but screw you tea sipping, strawberry eating hypocrites! I didn't win this for you or for Britain. I won this for myself, for Dunblane and for Scotland!"

Then he strips naked and runs around the court lifting the trophy shouting "Freedommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!" like Mel Gibson in Braveheart.
