Talking Murray to win US Open, here why

1.Australian Open won by #1

2.Roland Garros won by #2.

3.Wimbledon won by #3.

4.US Open will be won by #4.

The Scottish proud/Braveheart doesn't have to worry about anyrhing assuming this pattern doesn't change.

I hope he does.

We'd have 4 different slam winners in 2012 if Murray does do it.

I am pulling for him at the US OPEN

I'd like a different winner at each slam this year.

Have you never realised that Fed destroys patterns?

I doubt it, but I wish him good luck at the Olympics, it's a once in a lifetime chance to win a Gold medal at home.
I see Djokovic taking the US Open, grass remains his least favorite surface, but I think only Roger could beat him there anyway, he'll do better on Hard if he faces him in the final .

I hope he does. I will be rooting for him to win that one, even over Nadal. He badly needs to get over the hump soon.

I would cheer for him as well....I don't want to see him ever not get the chance to win.

Just how many chances will he have. 0-4....the next one is a must.

How come he hasn't managed to destroy the pattern of loopy lefty forehand cross-court to his backhand?

Djokovic will almost be impossible to beat in the UsOpen. He will be out for blood, commando style.

Nadal will also he hurting with the Wimbledon exit, and be super motivated.

I think it will be a Nadal-Djoko final with Fed/Murray getting out in the SF or before..

This final wasnt a big shame like others for Murray but ıt wasnt all that great either. He needs virgin GS finalist in major finals to win one.He just doesnt have weapons in his game nor the mental strength to beat the likes of Fed,Nadal and Djokovic when it comes to major finals.

I hope Murray does win USO.

If you want to look at patterns, here's this:

1. Lendl lost his 4th slam final before winning on the 5th attempt
2. Lendl lost in Wimbledon final in '86 and rebounded to take the USO title

With Lendl at the helm it's not out of the question, he knows what it takes for sure.

If we had to base who wins the USO by game style to surface. I would pick Fed.

who's gonna win Cincy tho'?

ETA: jokes aside, I hope JWT gets WTF at least. or an outside glance at USO. he's been on an upswing momentum as well.
(and of course here I go forgetting about Ferrer). /ducksflyingtomatoes

muzza has 7 out of 8 masters on fast hardcourts. definitely his fave surface, even tho his results at AO are better than USO.

fast hc = much better chance for murray 2 beat djok/nadz than AO. prolly better chance 2 beat fed than wimby as well. less crowd pressure than wimby = positive.

i think uso will be murray's first slam, either this year or next year.
