– Han kommer troligtvis spela World Series of Poker 2013, säger Daniel Negreanu.

DN: Based on what has been written, it seems as though there were negotiations. Whether or not anything happens, you have to ask the question: What’s in it for PokerStars at this point? Why would they do it? Full Tilt is already a dead brand. It would basically just to be the savior of the poker world, which they have really done. For example, by signing [Rafael] Nadal, that sort of legitimizes an industry that has been having a black mark. PokerStars, whether people want to believe it or not, actually cares about the poker industry. They realize that the better off and healthier we are, the better they do.

BP: Have you coached Nadal at all or offered him any strategy tips?

DN: Not yet. He just signed on, but there is that promotion where you can send him tips.

BP: Do you envision him jumping into really big cash games — live or online?

DN: I don’t think so. He’s a smart guy. He’s not going to jump into playing super sick high limits. He’ll most likely start small and grind his way up.

BP: Any chance we will see him at the WSOP?

DN: Yeah, I think you’ll probably see him next year, unless he has a tennis match.

Funny how you were nowhere to be seen when Fed wasn't winning much. Now you're back until Fed starts losing again. TheMagicianOfPrecision is the very definition of a bandwagoning, fairweather fan.

And this Pokerstars crap sucks, and Nadal should be embarrassed to be part of it. I have already made my opinion of this money grubbing, low class endorsement clear, and my opinion hasn't changed.

Nice to see him waste all his dirty money wisely in a good game of poker.

How noble of him.

Please tell me, why do you keep changing the numbers in your avatar? Is it to indicate the number of days your account has managed to survive without being banned?

For attention, I presume. Similar to the posting everything in parentheses that he used to do, using his *** account.

Smart move by Pokerstars to sign Nadal. Pokerstars is by far the most thrustworthy pokerroom and a very solid company. Don't see any problems with this deal and I think it's cool that he'll play the WSOP.

Full Tilt was never in the same league as Pokerstars although many people thought so. Pokerstars has proven that it will payout it's players under the most difficult circumstances, Full Tilt never had any intention to do that and was basically a big Ponzi scheme.

On topic: I have no doubt Rafa will master Hold'em at least to a degree that he won't make a fool of himself.

I thought TMOP had declare he now hates Fed (just as Magnus has).

Sounds like he's promoting the product more than engaging in gambling himself.

There's a lot of celebrity poker players.

Shane Warne the cricketer was at the WSOP main event
Jason Alexander
Gabe Kaplan was on a final table at WPT I think.
