Class Action Suit - against TTC Pending..

Wash DC - Cox Cable started The Tennis Channel on 5/3 and I started the first day with really fine understated commentary and matches from Rome including Spadea & Schuttleur(sp)( 3 sets) and then Ivo returns against another first round opponent and another match followed...It seems to me that it is "cruel and unjust" punishment to exclude tennis fans without TCC from this broad coverage of more total tennis players. It has got to be unconstitutional to deprive them of this right. Especially, if the alternative is the same old ... same old...same few players, day after day that I was forced to watch elsewhere on the more available dial. Ya know, I found myself enjoying tennis again...

It is just wrong ... class action againsty the perpetrator , TCC, is the only way...how dare they show more players, more variety, and more interesting match ups...

Don't get too excited, 1st match today was some Swiss ham&egger named Federer v. some escapee from McEnroe's Senior Tour, Bjorkman. Like, wear are all the American players?
