Are any of the stores are open during the qualify? (NIKE LACOSTE...) I know that last year Wilson store wasnt open until the first day of USOPEN maindraw.

Nope. They all officially open on Day 1.

But that doesn't mean you can't sneak a peek into those stores while they're setting up...
