I have been trying quite hard lately to be more conscientious of proper grips, etc. I noticed yesterday while playing that I had a little bit of wrist pain. Normal? It went away after playing, and I'm not really concerned, but is this an indication of something else, like I'm not executing these grips right, even though I'm trying to?
I need lessons. |

Of course it can -- different grip will cause different gripping of the racket, hence different strain on the muscles/wrist... |

What's your world rank?
Kidding, of course. As previously mentioned, yes, it could cause wrist pain. |
