Default Unable to Renew membership on Usta website

My usta membership expired in 2010.

I went to the website and clicked "Renew Membership", but it says it does not have my membership on file..

Do I need to create to click on "Create new membership"?

I feel for you. Worst website I've ever experienced. I dread renewing and signing up for a league every year.

Instead of posting on TT, how about calling USTA to find out what is happening, maybe you typed your information wrong or information is out of date, could be lots of issues not necessarily USTA's fault, even though they are the favorite whipping boy

Any website that makes it difficult to take your money is a total failure. The fact that there has been no change since 2005, when I first joined, is just pathetic. If it's not the USTA's fault whose is it?

Why don't you simply CALL them?

Heh, the arrogance and disdain with which they speak to you is off putting.
