Default Broken Toe

I recently broke my right pinky toe. Really nothing I can do about it is there?

Tape it to the toe next to it and carry on.

Post #3 and make sure your shoes are not too tight, and in good condition.
Some guys buy insoles and cut out the pinky section, to give themselves more room to wiggle.

As its just the pinky it shouldn't affect balance too much should it? More concerned how it will affect my ability to play soccer than anything else.

A guy on our team played a whole season with two broken toes on his right foot and still scored 9 goals.

Broke my right pinky toe on Sunday night. Skipping the doc for now. Rest, ice, elevation, and naproxen. 6 weeks seems to be the consensus. Bummed.

I've broken both the big toe and pinky toes - not much you can do but tape and ice...etc. one thing though is you should have an MD take a quick look at it and maybe an x ray....very often the bones will splinter or the joints dislocate.....my big toe was broken with 4 small chips of bone fragments and had to be cleaned up before letting it set.

Doc took a look. Said to just keep doing what I'm doing.

I picked up some bone mineral items at the health food store.

Just rest, care, and time, I guess...
