I don't have any interest in the PT 280 or PT630, but I would definitely get a few PC 600s.

Default bring back the Prestige 600

Lets bring back the 600! If it's Antartica or China in origin, who cares?

What about a reissue of the PT280? Again, it would be made in China.

Chris, TW
to me the country of origin isn't important as long as the spec & cosmetic is exact. i'd pick up a few of these as well as a few PC600s.

Either the PC600 or the 280/630 would be great. I mainly use the 600, but have a 280. I'd add more of either as long as they were the same comp/specs. Not overly concerned with origin as long as the quality is same.

Maybe the origin of where it is manufactured matters to some extent?

Reason being, I offered 4 of my Austrian-made Liquidmetal Prestige mid (the latter batches are China made) for sale in pristine condition and it was snapped all at once by the same guy (no time for a rethink...and they are not even PC600s or PC630s).

I think the guy just wanted consistency. What's being discussed here is the origin does not matter, as long as the entire batch/order is coming from the same origin.

Probably the same thing with guy who bought your LM Prestige Mid, Austrian or China made, he wanted it to be consistent.

I don't have any evidence to back whether there are difference between the two origins, but if these were my sticks, I too want them all to be from one origin. Antarctica or not, I want them to be the same as much as possible.

I would have to agree because it was the momentary shock that hit me; not expecting for it to go that fast. Therefore leaving me thinking, was I wrong to unload my Austrian made sticks? Just can't help but wonder if there is a correlation.

Anyways, back to PC600, imo the majority (bar some) of folks here won't find the country of origin from where the sticks are made so long it maintains the same consistency to it.

I love the Green & Silver Pretisge 600 and I wish to see the Prestige S in that cosmetic.

This thread is seriously goating. I think everyone would buy at least one of these sticks. I bought the Donnay Agassi Reissue, and that thing felt like butter.

The LM Prestige was NEVER made in China. The later batches were finished in the Czech Republic but were still manufactured in Austria. The first Prestige to be made in China was the Flexpoint Prestige.

So that's why the Flexpoint crap sucked?

The PT280 would be an awesome racquet for you guys to bring back Chris.

I have another questions for you. What would be the chance of getting PT57A's, or having the PT280 made to a lighter and more customizable weight? Think that would be awesome if we could get a pro stock type frame that we can make our own.

Honestly, I think all Prestige Mid after the i.Prestige Mid were disappointing.

5 years with the i.Prestige Mid, then another 5 years with the PC600. Maybe I got used to that old-school solid feel of the PC600 (i.Prestige Mid too), but all the rest felt more flimsy compared to the PC600.

But of course, any Prestige Mid is still more solid than 90% of the frames out there today.

What do you think of the newest IG Prestige mid? It felt a lot like my PC600 when I took a few hits with it.

They sure dont make them like the I.prestige and pc600 anymore. I actually like the I.prestige mid and midPlus more than the pc600 or pt630. With that being said, I haven't tried the newest prestige though I've
Heard good things and out of the recent ones I've tried, I liked the microgel (I actually own one).

The IG Prestige Mid is the closet to the Prestige Classic 600 that I have ever hit with.

That is great to hear you felt the same.

If TW was to reissue the 630, it probably would not have twaron and I wonder if it would feel the same as the old one as well?

The greatest thing would be to rerelease the 630 with a 16x19 drill pattern. Wow.
