YES with Henrick and he will be there representing 1 of the greatest countries outside Israel the USA.
Isnt Israel part of the U.S.? You would think so with all the attention the candidates are giving to Israel.

The difference between a boy improving from mid D-1 to top D-1 status has nothing to do with being a money making pro. Its like saying a boy who could not dunk and now can dunk will make it into the NBA....the two things are unrelated.

The chances of any single boy being a top 100 pro is beyond tiny, no matter if they are good juniors or not. Again, enjoy the NOW.
Come on TCF lets just see what happens over the next two or three years. He has made great strides and is only 16. I honestly think he has a good chance of making it. Self belief and a crazy parent and 6foot 5 inches all increase his chances. I know his chances are slim but why not shoot for it?

I am glad he uses me for motivation. But honestly, the kid is a poster child for someone who should be aiming for college tennis. The dad says his growth plates have a long way to go, and he needs lots of time to grow into his body. If that does not say play college tennis first, while continuing to grow into your body, I don't know what does. Slubbing around the futures in flea bag hotels for years, while hoping the rare talent emerges, while trying to stay healthy, and while waiting for a tall guy to get it all together, makes little sense to me.
Going to a top college provides an education if the pro career does not work out and after the pro career ends. It provides free world class tennis training.
If the time comes to go pro before graduation most schools will let you return and finish for free after. For players at the top D1 schools it is tennis first, school a distant second. I don't see the downside of going to college to get ready for a pro tennis career. Making it as a pro is a longshot. Kids and their parents have to plan for life.

I loved the blowing through ATP 150. That was a three car accident I stopped to look at. You need 350 points to be inside the top 150.
