2011 Djokovic's Splotches on his neck and body - 2012 Now gone?

In 2011, he had his BEST year ever, but traded it for unrelenting splotches all over his body during his great 2011 year run and Grand Slam appearances..and nine (9) titles

This year in 2012, he played poorly compared to last year.... I haven't seen any of his "suspecting splotches and blemishes, that were perfectly oval, round in nature, kind of whitish, all over his neck and body...like a pattern or chemical reaction to "something"?

Thats what i meant....he had it during his magical run last year, then this year he didnt have it and his magical year vanished
