Found this on the You Tubes. Looks a bit dated, I'm guessing ...2000ish?
Pretty interesting stuff. Has Cash & McEnroe talking about transition from wood/small head racquets to graphite/larger head racquets. Study of biomechanics and shows how Cash modeled his new forehand after Agassi. Mental, physical, nutrition training and also talks about how the ITF starting to slow the game down in the era of "the superserver" game. Part 1 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NdgkAfPwG4 Part 2- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PeDPczWJvLo Part 3 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WmkbrVX1Q5A Part 4 - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pHPROXYL1A Would really like to see a current version of this - talking about poly strings, high speed video analysis and I guess instead of the "Superserver" game they would talk about the "Supergrinder" game, (Aussie Open Final stuff)? |

Interesting video. Thanks for the link.
I like the one showing that you can bend your knees too much on the serve. More isn't always better. |
