I am looking for a best string setup for 2 racquets:
1) Wilson BLX 6.1 Team 18x20 (2011) 2) Babolat PD (kim clister) 16x19 (2012) We used full strings so far: Hurrican tour, RPM blast, Luxilon big banger rough, MSV hex focus, Solinco tour bite. Level: advanced varsity hi-school, champ junior tournament. TIA guys. --btlt4 |

Practically any string works with the 6.1 Team. It's not a string sensitive racquet. Just pick the type of string(s) you want with the string characteristics that you prefer, and that's what you'll get, if that makes sense.
Not hugely familiar with the PD 2012 so can't really comment. |

What was your take on the ones you tried?
Those are all really good strings. |

I've used PHT, Big Banger, and TB in the PD 2012 and have liked TB better than anything else.

So far the TBite is better compared to others we used.
Is there any hybrid setup that people used and would recommend? We saw the pkg "Hurrican Tour & Xcel" but haven't tried yet to see if they play any better on these 2 sticks. |

Right now we have a 2012 PD strung up with Iontec Black mains crosses with Prince Syn Gut and another one strung with WC Black5Edge mains crossed with Prince SynGut.
They both play fantastic. A hybrid with MSV Focus Hex plays very well also.... |
