Default 2 day shipping

I placed an order on Friday afternoon with a packaged and ready to ship confirmation @ 1427 on Friday 29 Sept. When I got the shipping info the package is not due to arrive here until Wednesday 3 October. Is this still considered 2 day shipping?
I had another shipment last month that was suppose to arrive in 2 days and with the weekend it took almost a week and the explanation I got from CS was we were "too busy" to ship all the packages, "Sorry". Tried to ask why this was on TW Facebook page and it was removed immediately.
Before when I ordered supplies thru TW I was always very pleased with the shipping, the price and the product that I received, but lately have been very disappointed with the shipping and customer service. I had considered going to another supplier after being told you were too busy to ship stuff on time but decided to try one more time.
My business may not amount to much in the profit margin for your Tennis Warehouse but it does matter to me and the customer that conduct business when they cannot get the service completed.
So I am back to the decision of to continue to use Tennis Warehouse and just expect 2 day shipping to be 3 -6 days or try another company?

wt300lb,

I am so sorry for any confusion. It looks like you placed the order after our cutoff time on Friday. Therefor it would be packed and shipped out 2 Day Air on Monday, October 1 and arriving on October 3. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you or assist you in any way. Thank you so much for your business!

Brittany, TW

Default 2 day shipping

No where in my post did I ask for anything except for information. I asked a simple questions. Then they answered the question. No where do I see a cutoff time for shipping in the shipping area. I do see 2 day/overnight shipping side by side when you click on the shipping button.

Have bought tickets one day prior to going somewhere and did not have any issues. I do plan ahead and do have the stuff I need.

I do expect when I spend my hard earned money that I get what I pay for. I do not expect "handouts" nor did I ask for a handout.

TW Staff where does it state the cut off time for shipping I checked in the shipping area and did not find it.

WT300LB,

Our cut-off times for shipments can be found in the customer service link on our website under the "Ordering and Miscellaneous Information section."

http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/CustService/

However, regardless of our cut-off times, we do extend a sincere apology for any delays in shipments, no matter what reason. It is our ultimate goal to make sure we live up to the standards that we have set for our customers and welcome feedback, because it can only make us better.

If you are ever concerned about the shipping time of a package, please make those concerns known to our customer service department and we will do everything in our power to make sure your shipment is handled properly.

Thanks Aaron for the info. I do enjoy the products I have received from Tennis Warehouse and the two events that I wrote about is only 2 of about of many shipments but when told TW is "too busy" is unsatisfactory. It is somewhat misleading on the start page for TW that states 2 day/overnight shipping for orders over 75 dollars so maybe that needs to be changed and the cutoff times for shipments be placed with the link beside it that states click here for details.
I have been very pleased with the products that I have received as with the shipping and with the response from TW staff here only makes me want to continue business with this excellent company. No where else in the retail world do you have a forum to address issues and get a prompt response from them. Kudos to Tennis Warehouse

wt300lb, I would recommend the next time you order, call them instead of relying on the online process. I called in an order yesterday and asked if I was too late to make the shipping deadline. The CS rep thought I was, but put me on hold to double check. A few seconds later he came back & said 'I think we can get it out today'. Granted, it wasn't a 'guaranteed out today', but at least I knew what i was getting into.

As it turns out, my order was packaged & shipped last night. Kudos to TW for getting the order out, but if I hadn't made the personal call, it likely would not have.
