I noticed one split grommet at 3 o'clock on my frame, probably due to a strong off-center shot.
Is it a current problem on this frame or Wilson frame ? Never had this problem with a Pure Drive Cortex... Is this problem could generate string vibrations ? Is it necessary to change grommets now or can I wait a little longer ? Thanks

I probably ran over a nail and my tire went flat on my Lexus RX330.
I wonder if that particular model had issues with tires going flat. I posted on the Lexus talk board (similar to our Talk Tennis), and I got no response. Kidding aside, you shanked a ball. The grommet split. Your fault, not the frame / manufacturer. You can change your grommet out next time you have it strung. |

I think this is rather fragile because I don't spend my time doing off-center hits ! As already said, I never had this problem with my previous frames...
And I don't intend to change the grommets each time I have to string it ! Perhaps, few people checks regularly their grommets ?
