There have been a slew of "McEnroe vs. Serena/Venus--who'd win?" posts. Now, along those same lines (albeit outta left field), would anyone be able to answer this question:
On "their" best day, who was the better player, Dr. Richard Raskind or Renee Richards? (btw, saw Renee hit about a year ago...as far as stokes go: ugly-icious) |

Sean, nice to see you again. I'd bet Renee Richards was better. Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "strong enough for a man, but ph balanced for a woman."

Definetly Dr. Richard Raskind. He played varsity tennis for an Ivy league school, I believe it to be Harvard. He also had a breif foray into the realm of professional tennis where he was largely, like his later alter-gender unsuccessful.
But, in a head to head competition, I have to believe that Dr. Raskind would emasculate Ms. Richards. |

I believe Raskind even got through a round or two at Wimbledon or the US Open. And I remember when Dr. Richards came on the scene, there was an expectation that she would dominate women's tennis and that people (men) would be lined up for sex change operations. Well, she didn't and they didn't.

I believe that "thing, Shman, whatever" is completely F-U-C-K-E-D up! That guy was probably a F-A-G so he switched his gender so he could like guys or whatever. What a b-a-s-t-a-r-d. I could kiss his a-s-s at tennis so bad even when he was a guy. What a loser. Burn in H_E_L_L trans-sexual!!!

Just given the fact that Raskind was younger and in his prime vs. an older Richards, I think that is enough. On top of that, I'd have to believe there would be muscle mass loss after "the change" which would result in Richards being a less stronger player. BTW, there is another case of this in Chile. A transexual player named "Andrea Paredes von Roth" but I don't know too many details or just how good she is.

For a guy who seems to be a bible thumper, you sure do not have much tolerance. Live and let live.
(I bet you would like to kiss his a-s-s, wouldn't you?)
