None. don't use them. it will mess up your string by adding moisture into them.

but if you insist on them, Babolat stencil ink is high quality

How will this mess up your string? It's alcohol based which evaporates quickly leaving just the paint with no moisture.

I've had good results with Gamma ink.
Good coverage, remember to shake well.
I've seen the applicator tops come off twice with Tourna ink.
Talk about a disaster!
I've also been very disappointed with all of the white 'inks'.
Very goopy and paint-like.
Looks okay from a distance, I suppose.
...and, btw, all strings except natgut are impervious to moisture.

Keep the colors dark.
Krylon hardware/auto part spray acrylic works fine.

My Dunlop ink works well, but I'm running out.

Default The approach makes for the best ink job

I have found that most of the brands work ok.
Polys by their nature will shed the ink quickly.
Lube the threads on the top when you open a new bottle, light smear of chap stick will help with the sticking some encounter.
Check that the top is seated every time you open it & store your ink in a small zip lock bag. In a gallon size zip lock I insert the stencil inside of a file folder. When it is time to refresh your stencil @ the tourney, the file folder gives you a backing for any stray drips.

Anything besides Tourna brand, the felt tip ripped after a few uses. Also the ink comes off too quickly, its like putting on kids crayola finger paint....
