Default Nike N.E.T shorts vs. Advantage shorts?

What's the difference among all the different nike tennis shorts? Are the "woven advantage" ones that much better than the 9-inch N.E.T ones?

I have both and I think they're pretty similar. Without pulling them out of my dresser drawer to compare, I think the N.E.T. shorts are cut a bit slimmer through the hips. The Advantage ones have some cool mesh cutouts in the "sensitive" areas. The fabric of the Advantage shorts is a little nicer...not sure how to describe that...maybe more plush.

I like both the N.E.T. and the Advantage. Good gear.

Currently I use the N.E.T. shorts and one thing to note as well is that the entire inseam area is stretchy like spandex. I don't necessarily recall the Advantage shorts having this but I'm probably wrong. Other than that and the things posted above, they're about the same.

I think I tried a pair of advantage in my usual size L but they were way too baggy. Sent them back. I normally wear N.E.T/showdown.

The "NET" shorts are the most basic shorts in the tennis line. They're no-frills tennis shorts. The Woven Advantage and have different seaming patterns that help with ventilation and fit. Basically it comes down to whether you want (can afford) the 'fancy pants' or the basic ones.
