Its a 125mm that I string at around 52 lbs. Its a bit tighter than the Lux Original I was using, but I really like it. Yes, I go full poly

Nadal apparently hits much harder than everyone else in warm-up.

I don't, I just use the time to warm up. I don't think it really gives you anything. I mean I obviously try not to give anything away but you can't really do much in that 5 minutes.

It depends on the circumstances. Sometimes I'll hang around to practice and other times I'll pack up and head to the next one. Depends on a bunch of things

I don't go too much out of my way to scout my opponent. I'll try to find out what I can to a reasonable extent, if I can watch him play I'll try to. I'm usually pretty good at figuring out his tendencies and patterns, strengths and weaknesses during the match.

Havent read through the entire thread but thought id ask.. whenever you lose, do you bounce back pretty quick mentally? Do you analyse footage from your matches with your coach to see what you could have done better in certain situations?

Yeah I usually take the losses with a lot of disappointment but I always look forward to the next match. I don't videotape my matches, but I do talk about it with my coach after I get off court, win or lose.

Thanks! Pretty much until October, but it's open to change, depending on my results.

There's a very late season (November) Challenger in Champaign, IL just down the road from me. You should pencil it if you're still playing Challengers at the end of the year, and I'll bring a cheering section
