Default Dominance of the big 4

Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, and Murray have all been ranked in the top 4 year end rankings together for the past 5 consecutive years.

The next most dominant top 4, McEnroe, Lendl, Connors, and Wilander who were all top 4 year ends together from 1983-1985.

Remarkably, there has been no other top 4 combination that has been top 4 together for 2 or more years.

When was the last time a member of the current top 4 wasn't ranked in the top 4?
