Default First time trying multi

I play with low tension poly - 45# - using open pattern sticks; I want to try multi - Microfibre -, I ordered both 16 and 17 G. Can anyone suggest a tension, pls.

Thanks

I had Microfibre 17 in my Prestige MP (18x20) at 57 lbs and it played well. For an open pattern I would probably crank it up a few pounds.

I'd try it in the high 50s, maybe 60 pounds.

I have Microfibre in the Exo Tours at 54 and it plays well but moves like crazy.

Full multi will move a lot and break quickly in openpattern sticks.
You may want to try poly/multi first.
47/51 maybe?
