Being serious, it was a good win for Nadal. And that's why I said clay/grass and didn't even mention the US Open. Even though Novak was not in great form. But if the 2.0 thing is rubbish then it shows Nadal could/can beat Djokovic on hc and you've said allalong he needs a miracle. So how exactly did Nadal win that match is he is a HC mug and Djokovic was the best HC player in the world? More backpedalling. Do you ever try making sense just for the hell of it?

Again Murray and Fed on the same side. Since becoming #1 again, there has been one major and 3 1000's, with Murray and Fed on the same side all but 1 1000, Djoker again getting things handed to him.

Djokovic had Murray on his side for the Olympics, which is arguably more annoying for him, as a silver medal carries more appeal than a regular runners-up trophy. Or would have been if he'd beaten Del Potro in the bronze medal match.
I do feel a bit sorry for Roger with this draw. He's not been playing great, and looks like he could do with a decent rest, so assuming he turns up to Paris, and doesn't go out early, he's going to risk a second defeat in a row to Berdych, or a third defeat in a row to Murray, or playing a final the day before WTFs start. |

OK - so much for my theory about pulling out - Murray arrived in Paris last night.

Andy is in the worst position, must win against both players, but I do not see that his fans so much grumble as Roger's...

As #3 he is going to have to win against both players either way, it's the #1 player who should only face one of them, not the #2.
