It wasn't a bagel,it was a breadstick in the 2006 RG final.

Much to my surprise(and delight ). But come on,Gonzo, nobody thought Sam would beat Cvacula,so don't play it off as if I am the only one who thought he would get stomped.

No but I think Davydenko beat Nadal in Doha in the final after losing the first set 6-0. I think the second set went to a tiebreak and Nadal may have had championship points, but Davydenko ended up winning. I also believe Gaudio won a match vs Nadal 0-6 6-0 6-1 in 2005

Lightbulb Querry Ready to be the #1 in the world

Sam Querry demonstrated he can beat the BEST in the world anytime anywhere. Now is he ready to take the #1 spot in 2013 ? and win 2 of the 4 majors in 2013 ?

I wonder what happened to Novak today? If he wanted to get off the court quickly, he was well on his way with a ~20 minute first set. Did he simply get gassed out in the 2nd/3rd sets?

Novak simply fell to future multiple grand slam winner. Querrey will probably win 5-10 majors before his career is done.

Oh please! The only reason Querrey won that match was because Djokovic decided to tank it. It means nothing.

Murray seemed a bit too casual in the Tiebreak...

I called for SamQ to be #1 American about a month ago. Probably shortly after Aus Open.

He is on a roll and Isner seems to be lacking confidence/consistency.

Next match with Milos will be a burner, bit of a coin flip, but i'm still going with Sam based on the form I saw from both yesterday.
