Seriously don't know.
Berdych leads h2h 4-2. The last time they played Berdych won in 3 sets in the Stockholm final. Though Tsonga beat Berdych in the Semfininals at the WTF in 3 sets. Though Tsonga was in imperious form that year only losing to Federer twice by 3 sets. Even beat Nadal in 3, and destroyed Fish in 2. For the form both are in....I rather see Berdych step forward...Tsonga just seemed flat in Paris and yesterday.

Berdych beat Tsonga in last two matches, played better yesterday, seems like he's in better shape than French, Berdych in 2

Depends on who is having a better day mentally. These guys are so close together. I'll give Berdych the benefit of the doubt because I prefer his game but it's a slight edge in my mind.

If Berdych beats Tsonga in straights,(as is likely), he will move ahead of Murray in Group A as he will have won a match without dropping a set unlike Murray.

Tsonga isn't hitting his shots and he's still the same mental snowflake. First set to Berdych.

Berdych. Tsonga ain't beating Murray in this kind of form, not a chance. Berdych if he wins this (and he probably will) still has a chance to qualify if he beats Djokovic. In this scenario we could have Berdych, Djokovic and Murray all with a 2-1 win-loss ratio, this could be very interesting.
Having said that, Berdych won't beat Djokovic and Tsonga won't beat Murray. You can book it.
