Talking Questions about these raquets, looking to switch!

So lately I've been going through some arm and shoulder problems, been going to an orthopedic and physical trainer, getting my strength back and it's getting better, I have to start competition soon ( hopefully with a fully waked shoulder otherwise more down time for me ) anyways I'm looking at a few racquets and wondering if anyone here has aged with them and want to hear opinions, basically looking for, overall comfort ( no arm pain etc ), good control and touch, good on serve, and low to medium power as I generate my own.

Racquets :
Donnay formula 100
Donnay pro one 16 x 19
Tecnifibre tfight vo2 max 325
Volkl power bridge 10 mid

Would most likely be stringing any of these with a soft multi ( tecnifibre x-one biphase 17 )

New PD is supposed to be arm friendly, right?

For real though, I hear good things about the Volkl. Good luck with your search.

That was my first choice and the first suggestion I got but I'm just not sure how I feel about the 10 pt head light rating, but it does get great reviews!

The PB10 Mid is a great frame (def in my 10 5 frames), and due to the balance swings alot lighter than the weight would suggest. But with your health issue being your shoulder do you really want to jump back in with a 12oz+ frame. I would suggest the EXO3 Tour (either string pattern is fine though I preferred the 18x20 pattern) or the ProStaff 6.1 95. Both frames gives you a lighter base to start and as your shoulder gets better and better you can add weight as needed. Just a though

Not big on prince, and despise Wilson, but I'll put the prince into my consideration lot.

Out of these choices I would try the Pro One first. It fills all your criteria and it will work with many styles of player. The F100 is pretty stiff and very powerful.
The Head Prestige MP or the Radical Mp are 2 other good choices.

The f100 is listed at a stiffness of 64 on the donnay site, all donnays are designed to be good for the arm, that's companies supposed claim to fame because they're heads aren't hollow and its their main focus to make arm friendly racquets and was recommended to me by Andy of TW but I have strongly considered the pro one as well just wasn't as well reviewed as the f100

Also trying to stray away from head, been a loyal user for a while but they just haven't clicked well for me.

don't put too much stock in those reviews...they are all PERSONAL opinions and you may not like the same things any one of them likes.

VOLKL PowerBridge Ten Mid is my favorite racquet!

Demo it if you're a 4.0 or above. Elongated head shape is Yonex-like, and the grip is rectangular.

You absolutely should at least demo the Exo Tour. I like the 16x18 version, the 18x20 was too dead for my liking. It is the best racket I've ever used for minimizing arm pain.
