So lately I've been going through some arm and shoulder problems, been going to an orthopedic and physical trainer, getting my strength back and it's getting better, I have to start competition soon ( hopefully with a fully waked shoulder otherwise more down time for me
Racquets : Donnay formula 100 Donnay pro one 16 x 19 Tecnifibre tfight vo2 max 325 Volkl power bridge 10 mid Would most likely be stringing any of these with a soft multi ( tecnifibre x-one biphase 17 ) |

For real though, I hear good things about the Volkl. Good luck with your search.

That was my first choice and the first suggestion I got but I'm just not sure how I feel about the 10 pt head light rating, but it does get great reviews!

The PB10 Mid is a great frame (def in my 10 5 frames), and due to the balance swings alot lighter than the weight would suggest. But with your health issue being your shoulder do you really want to jump back in with a 12oz+ frame. I would suggest the EXO3 Tour (either string pattern is fine though I preferred the 18x20 pattern) or the ProStaff 6.1 95. Both frames gives you a lighter base to start and as your shoulder gets better and better you can add weight as needed. Just a though

The Head Prestige MP or the Radical Mp are 2 other good choices.

VOLKL PowerBridge Ten Mid is my favorite racquet!
Demo it if you're a 4.0 or above. Elongated head shape is Yonex-like, and the grip is rectangular. |

You absolutely should at least demo the Exo Tour. I like the 16x18 version, the 18x20 was too dead for my liking. It is the best racket I've ever used for minimizing arm pain.
