Question Stirring the pot: James Blake Wedding .... where's Brooklyn?

James Blake got married this past Friday. Attendees included Mardy Fish, baseball's (perennial playoff choke artist) Nick Swisher and his wife Joanna Garcia. Also in attendance was Andy Roddick reportedly without wife Brooklyn Decker.

Anything to this?

I recently learned that this wedding was held at L'Auberge Del Mar, a ninety minute drive from Los Angeles. Where were you, Brooklyn?

In the 1990s and early 2000s, I spent a fair amount of time vacationing in condos at L'Auberge Del Mar, with access to all the hotel's facilities. I never understood why weddings were always held there, until I stopped going there. I miss Del Mar.

There were two good courts that I would play on. Anna Kournakova played on the other court with a coach twice in her sports bra and shorts. I was distracted and didn't play well. The hotel is still popular with Russians.

Perhaps as a metaphor of their relationship, Roddick and Decker showed up at a Halloween event two weeks ago dressed as John and Lorena Bobbitt (use your imagination -- Andy was holding a bag labeled "evidence"). Saw a photo of this at the Bleacher Report website.

Silly me...I thought only SexiRogi was capable of emasculating ARod!

I remember a very raunchy joke from the 90's concerning Ms. Bobbitt. I shall not poast it in fear of a banning. Contact me via email if you desire a deep guffaw!
