Default Problem stringing w volkyl cyclone

I'm having a hard time getting my knots to hold with volkyl cyclone 16 ga. I just started string a couple months ago and this is the worst string I've seen for thing to tie off. Seems slippery and won't hold a knot. Any tricks I need to know?

What's kind of knot you use? Did you try to tie with starting clamp?

Look at the knot videos.

I have never had a problem with Cyclone knotting badly.

No. I don't know what a starting clamp is. The problem seems to be the knots slipping. I use 2 square knots at all tie offs. I need to learn a diff knot maybe?

I use the Wilson Pro Knot that Irvin describes in a video.
Strung a racket today with Cyclone and it works great.

+1 on the Wilson Pro. One of the better knots available.

This is correct video link of Wilson Pro Knot and you can see the stringer using starting clamp for knotting.

Thank you. The videos are most helpful. I need to get a starting clamp for sure.
