2 point mounting system damaging?

I was stringing my racket and whenever i string, I take the racket off, and there's two dents at the points where i mount them.

What kind of machine? Where are the dents, exactly?

+1 there are plastic spacers that go on first next racquet then the top clamp and screw. You put the size that's large enough that you can still get the main strings. On my gamma I have spacers that give 4 sizes depending how I install them.

Alright i think i know what your talking about. Thank you golfer and darklore... So if i have a 19mm then i'd use the smaller of the two, and so do i have the plastic thing making contact with the racket, not the metal peices?

Inside the Hoop or on the side of the frame? Pictures would be very helpful at this point.

I've seen this happen and I have two suggestions.

1) Use different (maybe larger or better fitting) plastic adapters so they'll fit better and not dig into the frame when pulling tension. Are you pulling higher than the recommended tension?

2) If #1 isn't an option, use some sort of leather or replacement grip pieces to supplement the plastic adapters to give a secure cushion to the frame.

I've only had this problem pulling at high tensions or on old machines. The Prince P200 suggests you crank the racquet "out" and "tighter" after mounting the frame. It's possible to get over zealous and indent the frame this way. We all know that it is horrible to pull tension and pull the frame off of the mount but some of us go overboard in mounting to secure the frame and guard against this happening. I'd suggest you might've done that in this case.

If that picture helped you then I sound like you have the racket resting on top of the plastic protectors and the metal posts supporting the racket. The post should not touch the racket. Is the racket is so thin the grommets sit on the plastic protectors you need to be using the thinner one. Otherwise the thicker is better as it prevents the racket from slipping.

when stringing with a 2 point system, be careful as not to tighten the screws too much. This is especially true with Babolat racquets like the PD and Aero. At 6 o'clock, it is tapered, so too much pressure will crack the joints at 5 and 7 o'clock. What I did was I got a heavy steel bar that span across the frame at 6 o'clock. I drilled a hole in the middle of the steel bar so that it can be inserted into the screw. With the steel bar, it puts pressure across the frame and not just at the 6 o'clock position. of course you will have to put some cushioning on the steel bar as not to scratch the frame.
