Sorry, it was a jumble of words.

Anyway, I said I liked both the way they look, but have not used either, so I'm looking for some feedback on the fit of both before I buy either.

I have used 3 pairs of SHT 308 last year, 2 red ones and one black, the reds are beautiful, even the ladies like it.

If I have to buy one of them I'd probably buy the light in turquoise color first, I can't go wrong with Yonex.

Im getting the new pro bag as well, blue one looks terrific, they seem to stand upright more than the older ones, so i guess they fixed the problem, or tried.

I agree, but the Diadora that I like are also a little vibrant and colorful and get lots of stares....but comfort comes first.

Is 308 more durable than 307?

It seems that 307 isn't even 1/3 as durable as the Barricade 7.

Well I tried and was sure hoping... Was down to the scrubs on my 305's and last of the 304's...The 308's just are too tight in the forefoot and do feel a little stiffer, my feet hurt & got a little pain in the knee....Gonna have to pass...Maybe one day they will go back to a wider body like the 305...
I think these used 3 times for an hour or so will be in the "for sale" section or on ****...Im bummed!
Bought a pair of Asics challanger 8 on the clearance rack for $50 yesterday...thought these were supposed to be real narrow....not thinking so...have a decent arch...gonna play a little with these...
I was hoping girls numbers would find their way in my bag too....strike 2! (well besides being an old guy!)

I found a pair of like new 307 at goodwill but in size 9 for $25. I wear 10.5. So I tried it on anyway at size 9 and was surprised that it fit, rather snug but it fit. After walking around for about 5 min testing them inthe store I decided to buy them. Could easily walk around in them and later I found out I can even hit in them too. This shows how remarkably comfortable the Yonex shoes are.

Remember reading Rafa wears a super small, snug fitting shoe for his feet as it enables him to feel quicker on the court.

I just played a few sets in a brand new blue SHT 308 clay, after breaking it in the day before (an hour of gym work). I am quite happy with it! Excellent support and cushioning. Interestingly enough, it had an immediate (psychological) effect on my one handed backhand. I was ripping it

The only issue I had with it was a little toe pain...nothing too worrisome, perhaps I'm adjusting to a narrower toebox (other shoe- Asics GR4). Does the toebox area loosen up after some time?

No. they do not. they only last about 3 month depending on how rough you are. but it is the best 3 month of your life.

Can somebody comment on the difference between the 306s and the 308s? I tried the 306s a while back and wasn't impressed and switched to the Vapor 6s at the time.

Default Too narrow for me...

Gave the 308 a test run, too narrow for my feet. I normally wear NB but haven't been happy with them lately. As a few others stated, the toe area is really tight and they seem like a good shoe.

Got my pair in today, glove like fit, no break in needed, not narrow at all for medium width just right, toe area roomy, these were ordered 1/2 size larger than my foot, don't want to jam my toes in the front of the shoe for sudden stops.

Its really good stuff. I think cushion is much better than last model. but the ankle support is not as good as last model. but it is still very good though.

Its the first tennis shoe I have bought that cushions the entire foot, I did an entire practice today with them, comfortable and well ventilated.
