Do String Savers affect playability for Copoly strings?
As you know, poly and copoly strings need to snap back but with the string savers in between the mains and crosses, would these string savers reduce the snap back effect of the mains, and therefore, reduce spin? Tourna Cross string savers are soft round little pellets. Are these more effective at aiding the snap back when compared to the other string savers on the market? I've never used string savers for copoly strings, only on natural guts. I didn't particularly like them because it made the strings feel too boardy. Like playing with a piece of wood. I used the Babolat Elastocross. |

I use 17g copolys. They break easily.
Don't want to use 15 or 16g unless I absolutely have to. |
