i know there are lots of agility ladder drills on youtube- some seem good, tried some of them, just wondered if anyone has any favorite ones that they have been using much lately? thanks in advance

I would say things that match tennis movements (lateral movement) are best.
but the most important thing is to have short ground contacts and stay on your toes. this is much more important than what you do. mix it up to work on your coordination. but most important is to keep those feet moving (like you were running bare feet over a hot street). |
