Default Custom Molded Handle - Can it be changed out?

Can a custom molded handle be changed out for a different sized pallet?

Yes! A friend made that carving away the molded foam on a Tommy Haas Dunlop and replaced it with a Head TK82 pallet. the hairpin was a tad to small so he had to fill it out with double sided tape, but since this is a Head i presume the hairpin under the foam is the same as normal frames with a TK-pallet on top.
