Default Adding Weight - Other Factors

I'm just getting into early efforts to adjust the weight of a frame. Trying to take a Head Radical Team 102, which is said to be 10.4 ounces strung, and add weight and stability to make it more of a players frame, without getting too much power. Right now I've got 8 grams total of lead tape at 3 and 9, and 10grams added to the shaft just above the grip (2 nickels taped). I've also got 3 wraps of tourna grip (which someone said might weight 4 grams each?), and a solid rubber vibration dampner in the standard postion (someone said 3 grams?). So, I may have an extra 30 grams total added, which maybe takes me close to 11.5 ounces. The weight feels pretty good on the frame. I would say it maybe has a little too much power at this point. I was thinking I was adding about 18 grams, (8 head, 10 base), but maybe that amount is more like 30 (8 at 3 and 9, 2 at 6, and 20 in the grip). Any suggestions or feedback from those of you that are experts in modifying weight and balance? The reason I am making this effort is that this frame is flexible and arm friendly, while offering the 102 head for a little exta pop. My arm does not tolorate all the stiff frames that come in the 11 to 11.5 weight range. I've been playing a 98 thin beam type players frame, but would like a little extra pop. Seems like the frames (most called "Team") that offer the larger head, thinner beam, flexible, are all really light weight. Therefore the effort to add weight. Basically trying to create a 102 head, thin beam, flexible players frame in the 11.5 ounce range that has controllable power. Using these frames because my son used to play them, so I have 2 laying around.

There are a ton of threads on this subject, there's even TW University which helps you figure out balance and weight and the effects of adding.
Do a search and there will be many results.

Thanks Cluck. I've read alot of that. I was hoping to hear from someone specifically that might have done exactly what I'm trying to do, and give me their feedback on what they've learned from their efforts. The general educational info on what impact adding weight at different locations is useful, but was looking for a little more direct info from someone that has figured this all out for this type frame. Also curious if anyone that has a scale has weighed a wrap of tournagrip and dampner.
