Djokovic used to. Most guys that use a hybrid use gut because it provides better feel and power, and they can afford to use it.

Yup. X-One Biphase is essentially a cheaper, affordable alternative to natural gut, providing plush feel and comfort. The pros can actually afford natural gut.

Gisela Dulko was using it as a cross string. She had Pro Red Code in the mains.

Björn Phau uses Wilson NXT as a cross string with ALU in the mains.

Yeah you'd think so, but I did a quick count in the string logs from the Masters 1000 Rome tournament a while back. One surprising factoid there, more pros were using full nylon (5) than there were using full gut (two). I counted 22 Gut/Poly setups, 20 Poly/Gut, and 82 full poly. Not many pros using full gut anymore. More actually prefer full nylon. The other thing that pops out from that list is that the top 8 doubles players all use Gut/Poly. That's becoming the de-facto standard in Men's dubs.

I use a full set of Technifibre X-One Biphase 1.30 mm / 16 gauge strings on my Yonex VCore Xi 100.

I am just a tennis bum though and not a pro, but Count me in as an endorser anyway.
